Holiday Fashion for Senior Dogs

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! The time to dress our furry friends in fun and festive holiday fashion that is. While some pets may find outfits to be uncomfortable, we have some tips to keep you pet safe, comfortable, and most importantly holiday ready.

Collars. Find your pet a new festive colored collar. This will allow your pet to be comfortable and look festive at the same time. Collars are available in a variety of colors and may be able to match any holiday occasion you and your canine companion may be attending. For added style flair you can add fun accessories to their collars. Try something small and not too heavy, such as a bow, bells, or poinsettias, to allow your pet the comfort they need.

Holiday hats. Get your pet in the holiday spirit with a specially designed hat for dogs. A holiday hat can be big or small, or even a headband for those playful pups that try to remove their holiday gear. Find your dog dressed for the season with a Santa hat, elf hat, or reindeer antlers!

Sweaters. Ugly Christmas sweaters aren’t only for people, they are for dogs too! Find a festive holiday sweater for pup during those long winter walks. Not only will they turn heads, but they will be warm during the cold holiday months.

Dog booties. Protect your pet’s paws with fun holiday footwear. Not only will your dog’s paws be protected from the cold ground, but they will look adorable as well. Find your pet some red and white, or red and gold colored shoes for a fun fashionable look.
